Applied Statistics in HRM

HRM is a subject of well-defined mixing of subjects. It is not so difficult to understand the use of statistics in HRM. May be lots of multinational using such technics. But in Bangladesh we are absent in mind. It should be come in front line. Statistical power of analysis can provide strength to HR Manager. Being a HR Manager at local company, we are just using assumption which are unbeatable with explanation. If we can use the scientific tools for assuming then it will be brilliant.
