Applied Statistics in HRM

HRM is a subject of well-defined mixing of subjects. It is not so difficult to understand the use of statistics in HRM. May be lots of multinational using such technics. But in Bangladesh we are absent in mind. It should be come in front line. Statistical power of analysis can provide strength to HR Manager. Being a HR Manager at local company, we are just using assumption which are unbeatable with explanation. If we can use the scientific tools for assuming then it will be brilliant.     

About New Business Concept

We thought about a new business which is rear. Globally there are lots of Enterprise. So no business should be new. There may be some new technique, medium  and marketing concept. For those concept, it is called new business. The concept can generate by people who are the most important asset for the organization. In developing countries, it is very much required to understand this fact. Providing opportunity to be creative or to be innovative, the another name of new business.
