Managing job Responsibilities
1.       Recruitment & selection: Process HR requisition, Maintain schedule of selection test and interview, Prepare acquisition approval and so on.
2.       Compensation and benefit: Prepare salary statement; maintain related law & compliance, tax, provident fund and other deduction as required, Using software for Payroll process (Karmee), Calculate HR status & inventory and etc.  
3.       Prepare report for Management: HR status, HR inventory, Employee migration, Comparison Salary vs Human resource, production vs human resource, Overtime vs production vs Human resource. 
4.       Working environment: Handle Employee quarry, Grievance, Provide required counseling, minimize conflict, and maintain harmony of working environment.
5.       Training and development: Conduct Training Need Assessment and provide training as per TNA, Develop training material if necessary, maintain training record and so on.
6.       Human resource Information system: Update employee information time to time, check and audit data validity, coordinate with IT department for Karmee/Dream Apps ERP.
7.       Policy and procedure: Implement approved policy, request for new policy and assist in policy development if necessary
8.       Performance Appraisal: Coordinate for performance assessment, educate supervisors about assessment sheet, review and summarize assessment sheet, prepare increment sheet as per assessment summary, follow policy strictly for performance appraisal due to avoid biasness.
9.       Compliance: Maintain compliance which includes occupational and environmental health & safety, working hour, compensation benefit, and Bangladesh labour law 2006 and last amendment, COC of Mainetti, Wal-Mart, H & M, Costco, Socam, Randy, A-Mart and etc, BNBC, and so on.
10.    Health & safety: Assess the risk and take necessary action or communicate for expert advice if necessary.  
11.    Employee recreation: Design events including employee day, employee family day, cultural event for international language day, Bengali New Year, tour program and etc.  
12.    Disciplinary action: Plan and conduct investigation for incident happen in industry and take necessary action or report submit for decision to higher authority.    
13.    Assist: Assist Sr. Manager, Compliance; GM operation and Assistant General Manager, Production for related issues.
14.    Supervision: Supervise a four member’s team for different HR and compliance operation.  
15.    Govt. Official handling: maintaining good cooperation with IP police, local police, Union polished, Factory authority and so as required.
